All spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis!
Commercial vendors will be charged according to their Exhibit or Sales status. Our last year’s exhibitors are given the first right to return and to relocate. Once they have been accommodated, all new applications will be considered.
Inside Space Rates
Exhibit: $675.00 for front 10x10
Sales: $775.00 for front 10x10
ALL corner booths are $875.00
All indoor spaces whether they are in the Commercial Exhibits Building I or II or in the Merchants Building are the same price. All pipe and drape booths are 10’X10’ with 8’ back walls and 3’ sides. Each booth has access to a 110v 30 amp outlet and all buildings have concrete floors. Anyone requiring additional electric must make a request and will be subject to an additional charge subject to availability. None of the buildings are conditioned with refrigerated air, they have evaporative cooling units.
The fair has under contract a decorator who will be on site during move-in for those who wish to rent carpeting, chairs, or tables these are not included in your booth space. The fair provides a 7”X44” sign with the exhibitor’s name at no additional charge for all inside spaces.
Buildings are open daily from 11:00am – 10:00pm.

All commercial exhibitors will receive 36 individual gate tickets and 3 season parking passes with each contracted space. No additional complimentary tickets/passes will be available. Additional discounted gate season passes will be available for purchase.
A payment of 50% of the fee due must be submitted with the signed contract, no later than June 1st! The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the contract must be paid in full by August 1st.
