All entries for The Panhandle-South Plains Fair are required to abide by the rules set forth in our annual Premium Book. The complete rules and regulations for each division of the Horticulture Exhibits are included in our Horticulture Section.

This department is open to everyone, and entries will be accepted on Wednesday, 9/17 from 9am to 7pm in the Merchants Building. You may enter through the Broadway gate with your exhibit.

Judging will begin Thursday September 18,2025
Awards will be at 2pm on Saturday 20,2025 in the Horticulture Building (Merchants Building)
Entry Pick up will be Sunday September 28,2025 from 9am to 2pm

Building Hours: 10am - 8pm
