Commercial vendors will be charged according to their Exhibit or Sales status. Last year’s exhibitors are given the first right to return and relocate. Once they have been accommodated, all new applications will be considered.
Inside Space Rates
Exhibit: $675.00 for front 10′ x 10′ (Exhibit space purpose is to provide information, not asking for donations or leads for future sales)
Sales: $775.00 for front 10′ x 10′
ALL corner booths are $875.00
All indoor spaces whether they are in the Commercial Exhibits Building I or II or in the Merchants Building are the same price. All pipe and drape booths are 10′ x 10′ with 8′ back walls and 3′ sides. Each booth has access to a 110v 30 amp outlet and all buildings have concrete floors. Anyone requiring additional electric must make a request and will be subject to an additional charge subject to availability. None of the buildings are conditioned with refrigerated air.
The fair has a decorator under contract who will be onsite during move-in for those who wish to rent carpeting, chairs, or tables. The fair provides a 7″ x 44″ sign with the exhibitors name at no additional charge for all inside spaces.

All commercial exhibitors will receive 4 season admissions (which is 36 individual gate tickets) and 3 season parking passes with each contracted space. No additional complimentary tickets/passes will be available. Additional discounted gate season passes will be available for purchase.
A payment of 50% of the fee due must be submitted with the signed contract, not the application. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the contract must be paid in full by August 1.
