Entries close in this division TUESDAY, August 15, 2006. Entry fee: $20.00 per animal for all breeds. Late entries will be accepted until Labor Day for an additional $15.00 per head. All entry fees and any late fees must be submitted with entries to be accepted

            SPECIAL RULES FOR DAIRY CATTLE
            1. All entries and awards in this department shall be subject to the General Rules and Regulations published in the front of this catalog.
            2. Entries close in this division WEDNESDAY, August 15, 2007. Entry fee: $20.00 per animal. Cattle entered in both Junior and Senior must pay the $20.00 fee for each show. Late fee is an additional $15.00 per head.
            3. Exhibitors who exhibit 3 or less head of stock will be mailed 2 season passes and 1 “Gate 2” parking passes; those exhibiting 4 head or more, 4 season passes and 1 “Gate 2” parking passes.
            4. ARRIVAL AND RELEASE TIMES: Holstein and Jersey cattle will be accepted in the barns until 6 p.m. Saturday 9/22 and will be released Monday 9/24 after judging. All other breeds will be accepted in the barns until 6 p.m. Sunday 9/23 and will be released Tuesday 9/25 after judging.
            5. All cows and heifers in milk must be thoroughly milked out on Monday afternoon to the satisfaction of the Superintendent. Heifers that have freshened, show in 2 year-old class.
            6. Straw may be used in the two Dairy Barns. No bedding will be furnished.
            7. Only two premiums per exhibitor per class will be allowed.
            8. Open and Junior Dairy Cattle Show Classes will be judged simultaneously, with each Junior Dairy Show Class being judged first (must have a Junior Exhibitor at Halter) followed by the corresponding Open Show Class.
            9. Herdsman Award (see page 8) — $25 Plus Director’s Chair.

Mega Pass is Back for 2007

Mega Pass is Back

The Mega Pass will be $50 prior to Labor Day and $60 after Labor Day. Sales begin Wednesday, August 1st! They will be available for purchase at the Fair Park Coliseum before Labor Day Monday - Friday 2PM - 6PM and Saturdays beginning 8/18 10AM - 2PM. After Labor Day the times will be Monday-Friday 12 Noon - 6PM and Saturdays 10AM - 2 PM.

**The last day to purchase a $50 Mega Pass will be Saturday, September 1st!**

The Mega Pass is a pay-one-price picture ID that is good for a wristband for unlimited rides each day of the carnival operation: September 20th - September 29th.

**Pony rides and other specialty rides may be exempted.**
